Dear Eduardo Martínez,
I am Fernando Navío, I have 23 years and I am from valencia, and I have a degree in Economycs. Since I was a child, I have considered myself a harworking and responsible person.I want to create a franchise in my city center because there aren´t and would be a good investment. Due to that I have been able to safe enough money to be sure about buying a franchise. I wonder if your company, Inditex, would accept my purpose of buying a franchise of your company. However, I would like first to know something more about Inditex and the terms of the possible contract:
*How much I would have to pay for the franchise?
*Wich amount of money I would pay for you every month?
*How would you help me the first months?

Proposal for a new market in China.

INTRODUCTION:

We are a company, which produces electrical components in Spain. The reason of this proposal is that we want to enter into a new market in China, and we are looking for a distributor in China. We have good references of your company and for us is important the time that you are in the market of the electrical distributions.

WORKFORCE:

For my company one of the factors more importants is the workforce and we think that you will need periodic controls of quality, because for us the customers is the first thing. For this reason we value very positively the large experienced sales force.

PREMISES:

We think that is very important to be near the big roads links to be able to satisfy our clients in the minor possible time. Because of it we want to be useful your offices all over the country to be able to carry out a better distribution of the products on the market.

LIFESTYLE:

China is turning into one of the first world powers with the major potential of growth for this reason we want to settle in the Chinese market offering our wide rang of products to the Chinese consumer.

RECOMMENDED COURSE OF ACTION:

We believe that to join our two companies to sell products in the chinese market would be a good option for both. The only one problem is pay extra for daily deliveries since we believe that the daily deliveries are fundamental to be succesful in the Chinese market.
